South America’s most southern tip can be a pain to reach, a harsh place to visit thanks to its unpredictable and unforgiving climate and it can also be a very demanding hiking destination. So why go? Because the rewards, for all your hard work, will be exceptionally rewarding. Patagonia is home to many stunning national parks yet there is one in particular which should really be on everyone’s bucket list: Los Glaciares.

Home to over 40 glaciers and an innumerable amount of stupefying peaks, Los Glaciares is THE trekking destination if losing yourself among the best creations of Mother Nature fits the bill for your ‘bucket list’. While away the hours being hypnotized by the majestic and very much living force of the Perito Moreno glacier, and fight the altitude as you get up close and personal with Mt Fitzroy, the epitome ‘picture perfect peak’ of Patagonia.
